I highly recommend chapel of the light. We recently lost my father and they worked very well with us. Big thanks to Michael and Rita for helping us out. We were pleased with my fathers services. Rita was a blessing to us, she helped us find the closure we needed at our most difficult time. Her kindness is very much appreciated.

My husband and I received a survey in the mail from Chaple of the light which we returned. My sister just passed last year so planning ahead seems like a great idea. They called and we scheduled an appointment. This is the first, but not last funeral home we visited. We were meeting with a woman named Nancy who was unapologeticly 15 minutes late, a receptionist who was constantly on her cell phone and very curt, and then we sat through a painful appointment full of suggestions to look elsewhere. My husband who just had foot surgery was in a cast and crunches, but that didn't seem to phase Nancy when she requested we follow her and once up and moving she stopped to chat with staff for a few minutes completely ignoring the urgency of getting us to were we needed to go. We were looking for burial, and there lot is small and not very well maintained, but is private. This facility is best sooted for those who want mausoleum, or they have these cool book holders for ashes. Staff just needs to be changed.

We recently lost one of my best friends. Stacey was only 33 when she lost her battle to cancer. Loosing someone before their time is hard to deal with, however, the kindness of their staff surpassed. The Chapel of Light has served many of my family members who have passed. Therefore, I only found it appropriate to reach out to them during this time. The General Manager, Michael Rabara, came in and helped us himself. He was very patient with myself and Stacey's family. Unfortunately, we had many last minute changes and The Chapel of Light was able to accommodate us. Michael and his staff helped us make decisions and eased the process for Stacey's family and I. Everyone involved with the services - Michael, Lori, Rosemary, Rita are just to name a few. Their customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Chapel of the light and Cynthia. We used Chapel of the Light when our dad passed away during the 2020 COVID pandemic, and Cynthia was a blessing. She worked with our family to give us the closure we needed and accommodated the restrictions. As an added surprise, she created a slideshow to our dad's favorite song with pictures of him that was then copied to disc for all of his children and grandchildren.
