Worst Dr and Place to be seen . I recommend no one go here .. not even if you were dying and this was the only place open . Today I went in at 11:20 and waited and waited as I watched others who came AFTER me get seen BEFORE me , and with NO appointment . They said they had no records of mine there . When me and my family have been going there our whole life ... Receptionist and Asian Dr Hong And His Wife Argued and Bickered Until they came to conclusion that i do have records there . They wasted my time and wanted me to file for new patient and give them all my information again when they already had it . Then when asked for my insurance I gave them my medical and they told me i had private insurance when in fact i did not . After 2 hours of sitting there sick with boogers coming out my nose they tell me they cant see me . Because I used to be covered under my parents private insurance . Truth be told they make $20 off a patient with medical ... but will gladly charge private insurance $200 for the visit . If they did there job right They Wouldve let me know all this before making me wait 2 hours just to be humiliated infront of everyone , telling me to pay $60 to be seen or to leave . Tried to talk to dr hong but he was rude and closed the door on us . Had no reason to pay $60 when i am covered by medical . Dr Hong and his wife are unprofessional and can careless about there patients . All they care about is money . Well Dr Hong Hope It Was Worth It . Youve now lost business with all my family including my mom , dad , uncles and aunts and grandparents . Hope that place gets shut down soon . U dont deserve to be called a dr . you deserve to lose whatever license you have . WARNING , do NOT go to BELMONT MEDICAL CENTER on chestnut and belmont .

Unprofessional, no accountablitity of service told us to click photo of blood report, did not give us hardcopy of any reports or referals. Doctor hong told me to look on google to go to urologist and gave us no referals. Highly unrecomended
