So I came in for a Brazilian, since this was my first time I asked if there was anything I needed to know or do before I came in it being my first time and the receptionist said just proper hygiene…. DUHHH I was like ok no need for anything else. I came in and received the best service from Tiffany. She was caring, nice, gentle and communicative. She didn’t make me feel stupid or dirty I only say dirty because I’m very insecure of my body, hygiene, looks and all. (I see hair and I feel dirty.) anyway I totally recommend this place as it didn’t start off as well but the personal experience was 1000%. Thanks again Tiffany I’m definitely coming back.

Bought a spa package of a facial, pedicure and what was suppose to be a deep tissue massage for my wife. The facial was really good The pedicure was not as they could not get the gel completely off her toe nails and just painted over them and charged extra to get the gel off. The gal had told my wife she would not charge the extra to take gel off since she could not get it all off but the front desk did charge extra for it. Then they were over 30 minutes late starting her massage which was only for about 40 minutes not the full time I paid for and the massage was so light it was not even close to a deep tissue massage the person used her finger tips never using a full hand or palm with any force only rubbing very lightly. The shoulder massage she got during the facial was better. My wife was never told when the next service would start except that the massage was to be at 5:15 and did not start until just before 6. This made it so she did not use the sauna not wanting to be passed by for her next service. It is so disappointing that I buy these services to give my wife a great day and it becomes such a dissappointment. I had services at Muses myself before they had a fire and it was good but I guess things have changed. Kudos to the person who gave the facial. Very disappointed 😞 in the other two services.

I would give Muses a 5+ except you can never get in. It is a spectacular place. I would go once a month but you have to book so far ahead. When you have aches and pains you don't want to wait 6 weeks. So sad because it is a wonderful experience.

Always have loved Muses. I don’t get massages often enough, but when I do, I go here. Relaxing and comfortable environment with great staff equating to a wonderful overall experience.
