The parks are home to me and I appreciate the management , maintenance, and security there they are run very well , and despite the area being a bit ghetto the complex is very beautiful , thank you to ashley in the office your guidance and professionalism helped me with my move in and with any issues I have , also maintenance responds quickly and that's a huge plus!

I called to request information about how to get on the waiting list of a 3 bedroom town home I was hoping to get some help on some very basic questions I have lived in my unit in a very nice complex for over 10 years I pay full market rent and only want to relocate because I need a bigger unit however when I called someone finally answered but could not answer my simple questions I just wanted to know if I had added myself to the correct waiting list because due to a bit of confusion on the website which left me a bit confused and in need of clarification I decided to call however the male I spoke with was completely clueless as to the most basic questions to the point my teenage daughter says mom you should just hang up and try again because that guy seems lost I explained to her that I had been trying to reach someone over the phone all day and when someone finally answered I thought he was going to be able to offer some basic service and I was completely wrong and very disappointed that I had unanswered questions and lack of communication he just said unfortunately people move into the townhomes and they are hardly rentable so I don’t know how you’d add yourself to the waitlist you may be waiting on there forever but you can apply to something else because people are constantly moving in and out of our regular units I was like what? I never asked you that.It was completely irrelevant to any of my questions poor customer service I definitely wouldn’t want to have this issue as a prospective tenant
