Security guard was helpful pointing out that this location is not an actual DES office and that actual nearest location is one public bus ride down to Watkins.. or was it southern.. in south Phoenix. Either way I hear this location helps with documents such as as birth cert & SS cards

I got the run around between des and maximus. Both say I'm good with them but then get told to Go back to this other. Computer conversations between the two are not compatable. Why can't they talk to each other to really figure out what's going on? I have my all my papers stamped and dated! And still told I'm not done. This is going on to long.
