Susan Tanko-Manogue (Susan Tanko)
This is a service best done by physically going downtown. Once there, the employees are extremely organized knowledgeable and helpful!
Joyce Pollard
Rude, unhelpful service.

Many thanks to the commissioners at the ACC for voting against the SRP CEP project. Because of you, those in my community did not experience environmental racism, redlining and injustice like we have suffered in the past. Thank you!

On their website look for ecorp. It will let you do a search by entity name or by officer's name. Hope it helps.
Although many illegal flips take place there is a law, ARS 32-1121 A 5, that governs flipping homes in AZ. DO IT RIGHT...ABIDE BY THE LAW. I am doing everything I can right now to bring down those flagrantly violating this law.
https://www.azcc.gov/corporations/fee-and-payment-info It appears there may not be a fee unless you want it expedited per the fee schedule.
Go to ecorp.azcc.gov here you will find info and answers to questions. You can even apply online. There is a phone number at the bottom you can call if you need assistance.

Arizona Secretary of State registers only Trade Names and Trade Marks. https://azsos.gov/business/trade-names-trademarks
Look up your business in eSearch on AZ Corp Comm website. Select your business. At the bottom of your business info you will see a tab-icon that says Document History. Select that and than select the Print icon-button. That'll generate your LLC Articles of Incorporation.
Try crome or download it by right clicking on the link.
Yes, you can file a trade name with the secretary of state and have the LLC own the name.
I can only suggest if you recieved a letter or Email from ACC is to call the Customer Service # as I am a contract employee. Best wishes to you Pam. Monica Woodford
If you are talking about your EIN number or TIN number then that will be the IRS. :)
It Should be public information, call the court house and they should be able to direct you to the right department, i believe so anyway
Usually you can get a business license from the city your business is located in. If you wish to form a corporation or an llc then you need to file with the Arizona Corporation Commission
llc and partnerships are 2 different types of entities,it sounds like you have an llc with multiple members and want to close it. If you would like to just make changes to the members and managers listed on record you can make these changes by filing the aricles of amendment with the AZ Corp Comm. LLC are not dissolved they are terminated and to do so you can file the articles of termination. The articles of termination will formally close the entity with the AZCC how ever you may need to t ake additional steps outside of the AZCC to complete the closure in its entirety. I AM NOT AN AUTHORIZED REP OF AZCC/ANY STATE AGENCY NOR AM I LEGALLY TRAINED. JUST OFFERING ANSWERS BASED OFF EXPERIENCE AND RESEARCH ALWAYS CHECK WITH A LAWYER OR DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE TAKING ACTIONS MENTIONED.
RECORDS REQUEST TO THE RECORDS DEPT. anything located on microfilm has to be requested through a records request form and there is a fee for these copies.
