Been living here for about 3 years. In my opinion it’s a good spot. All the people I’ve dealt with in the office have been accommodating and helpful. Personally I have never had an issue with maintenance, I request through the app and they are there when I schedule it no problems. Neighbors are all cool and respectful. Considering the price and the location I think you get exactly what you pay for. As I live on the south side and cannot vouch for the updated north side units.

Continental Gardens is a really nice place to live. The office staff make a difference, there's a quality of life here!

Worst apartments to live in, Mice have now taken over my while building. My bathroom is covered with mold. My oven is rusting away while they refuse to do anything. Unsafe living conditions. Property manager is a joke. Apartments have a racket going with local tow service.

Summer maybe $50-60 if no air conditioner on. I rarely use mine. In the winter? Apartments are drafty. It could be $300 with heat!! So now I keep it kinda chilly and wear sweaters. I pay more than the balance during the rest of the year so i can have a credit on my account heading into the winter.
