Absolutely no consideration for peoples time. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, I got up to ask how much longer and they said probably another half hour so I left. Wouldn’t go back if they were the last gastros in NJ.

Dr Beri is patient, kind and loving. His staff is equally as knowledgeable. He saved my life as 3 well known Gastros misdiagnosed me. I am very glad he is not under the Allied Digestive Health LLC to which 42 drs in Monmouth County read each others notes and do not thoroughly individualize treatment. Thank god for Dr Beri. So grateful to my co worker for sending me to him.

Called their office today to cancel my appointment with Dr. Beri for next week. (Being a respectful person for giving them plenty of notice so they can give my appointment to someone else). The girl who answered the phone asked me if i wanted to reschedule. I said not at this time and started to try to explain that I had a liver specialist that I was seeing the middle of August and wanted to go over my GI/Liver issues with him PRIOR to seeing Dr. Beri. Anyway, before I was able to get even a few words out after I said that I didn’t want to reschedule my appointment today, she completely and rudely cut me off mid sentence and apparently could care less of anything I had to say after I wasn’t interested in booking another appointment at this time. All things happen for a reason, if they were not that interested in listening to me for two minutes over the phone, I can only imagine the kind of medical treatment I would have received! My liver specialist actually recommended that I see a local GI (Monmouth County), since he is way up north and thought it would be more convenient for me, I cant wait to share my experience with Dr. Beri’s staff with him and his staff! I guess I will be going up north for my GI in the future!
