I started working with Lori when I took a new job working full time. Lori helped organize my new routine so I can be better prepared. Working with her remotely, Lori helped me figure out my weekly meal plan, kept me on schedule so I wouldn’t fail and even helped me find the much needed time to designate for myself. There was always plenty of food options to choose from. Throughout the year when my husband and I would go out for dinner, Lori helped me choose my best meal option ahead of time so I wouldn’t get nervous once I got there. She was always available to answer any question I may have had. I found that even remotely, this diet was productive, effective and helped me ease into my job in a more organized fashion. Words cannot describe how much gratitude I feel towards Lori. I’ve been doing the program for almost a year and have lose around 60 pounds!!! The endless love, encouragement and patience made me yet another success story! I feel so much better physically and emotionally. I used to DREAD going shopping for clothing. Now I can go shopping and love the way I look! It wasn’t easy being 17 and so overweight! I tried so many things before and was so drained. I almost came to terms with being fat my whole life. My parents found out about Lori and the rest is history. Lori just wants to see you happy and HEALTHY! She always says the most important thing is that you feel healthy and good. She has endless knowledge on literally every topic! As she always says, “I’m a phone call away. Call me if you need me (really, Tzippy, and try not to need me!). She was always available to answer questions and give me a boost of energy to continue plowing through. Lori, you have taught me so much! Not only about weight loss and dieting. You taught me how to be selfless, really caring about me like a daughter. Expressing this from the start by calling yourself my second Jewish mother!!! You expressed how much you want me to be successful for my own good. You showed interest in the things that were happening in my life and truly wanted to know how I was doing. You taught me how to not be stressed and anxious. You believed in me! For real you did! I can’t say nor do anything that can possibly repay you. You changed my life. I will miss you a lot!

Between knowing how much weight you have to lose (and she does know) to guiding you though the levels of the program, you are in very capable hands. She doesn't hold back at all: if you are doing great, she is your biggest cheerleader, but if you screw up, you will hear about it. The program is easy to follow and the results are immediate. My biggest issue has always been accountability (especially on Mondays) and Lori really knows how to provide that. Don't let her gruff demeanor scare you because she does care about each client and is on hand to help at any time.
