David is the most Generous shoe repairer! He wants his customer back as he does a good job of taking care of their shoes. I had my heels’ caps replaced there, and it took me $11 after tax. At the very beginning, I asked him about the price, and he said he would go back and check what he could do for me. After working a while, he said $12 plus tax. I bargained as it should be around 6 or 8 without tax. He took out my shoes and said, “it’s done. No payment this time. I don’t want to argue about a few dollars. I won’t take the money this time. Come back next time…” I insisted paying as I am moving out of the town.

Great customers service, very reasonable prices , friendly and does an excellent job and! My husband brought in my boots that needed heels and David did an exceptional job. He does quality work, efficient, even made them look so much better than when they were brought in, they looked new! I know where I'll be taking my shoes to be repaired from now on, so happy we found him! Thank you David! :)

Brought my boots in here for an emergency repair, the souls were falling apart and I wanted to wear them for Halloween party tonight. They were more than happy to fix them immediately because of my situation and they were fixed professionally for a great price! They even noticed the heels were very worn down and replaced those as well. Awesome shop I will bring all my stuff here

I dropped off one shoe for simple replacement of rubber heel on a beige pump on 5/4/19. I Normally 1week later they are ready, however after 2 weeks and not getting a call, I called the shop. Woman who is always there answer the phone. I asked about my shoe and she said he just has to put the heel on and and paint it. I questioned about the paint and she said it's free and they normally do it on all shoes. I said okay never heard back I called two weeks after that and my shoes still wasn't ready. Apparently the heel was painted a darker color than the shoe. She said the owner would have to come in and fix it because it was another employee who did the paint job. After having my shoes seven weeks I had to bring my other shoe in because he could not match the paint and he was going to paint both shoes the darker color. I called again today which is July 5th and he hasn't touched them since I brought them in 2 weeks ago. Lady who answered the phone said he hasn't been in this week. I will never bring a pair of shoes to this company again terrible customer service.
