Not a good experience. The girl at the front desk acted aggravated when I didn't know what were the choices for fillers for my burrito. My food came out and the steak was raw. I went for a refill and literally just asked for a refund. The manager came and took my food from my plate. Saying that she had to take it from me to return the price of the burrito. She gave me a return for ONLY the burrito and not my queso dip. ( I ordered that for my burrito. ) Other than the NASTINESS of the establishment the CUSTOMER SERVICE was probably some of the worst I've encountered. Wow how gross and sickening. Sad to say this has probably ruined eating at this place forever Regardless of the location. Visited the establishment @ 7/26/22 9:00 pm EST.

Shrimp tacos were very “old” and chewy tasting, as if the oil was old, we didn’t get everything we ordered. $71 in food, we made. Separate chip & salsa/queso order, and neither the pico nor the queso was in the bags, so we just had lots of stale old chips with nothing to dip them in. Will not be returning. The staff was nice, though.

Service could have been a little friendlier. The place was clean which is a plus. Brought me my food without napkins. Would have given five stars if there was a little more hospitality and napkins were brought to me. I mean you see what I ate, I'm pretty sure anyone would need napkins not to mention it's kind of a necessity. Oh, there was outside seating, not the best views, but outside is always nice.

My partner and I used to frequent this location but fell off following the management change. I had an unexpected break in my day today and chose to stop in to pick up food for us both. The food quality has definitely changed, unfortunately— chips were stale, beef was not seasoned like it used to be, etc. The employees weren’t particularly enthusiastic either, except for one. I never asked her name, but she had curly hair and was wearing pants with a cool design. She was so full of joy that she wanted to pass on that even if my order had been completely incorrect, she would have still made the trip an overall positive experience. From the service and quality I received today, I wouldn’t have come back, but because she was so exceptionally considerate, I’ll be reconsidering and coming back next week for Taco Tuesday. Someone give her a raise!
