Absolute worst experience ever!! My step daughter attempted to open up her own checking account and the banker chose to ramble on and on. Even after I told her we were pressed for time. The banker was told the type of account she wanted and instead of starting the process, she proceeds to argue her down and attempt to force her to get the account SHE thought was best. She then had an appointment and after wasting about 45 minutes of our time she said we could come back. Extremely disappointing. Will not give them my business and I suggest you do the same.

I'm sure the actual bank is fine but the ATM hasn't been accepting deposits for a couple months now. Have to go out of my way to the one at Melbourne Square Mall to deposit money on Saturdays.

Came in on a really busy Saturday about a week or so ago, to get my name changed and Stephanie Fonseca was the personal banker who helped me and she was absolutely amazing even with 10 people a head of me and her seeming to be the only one there. She was calm, thorough, professional, and courteous. Even though it was extremely busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. I just wanted to write this review to say how great she was! Best bank I have ever used. They bought the bank I was using about 11 year's ago. Called the main # to get assistance, on something I thought would be complicated, it only took a few minutes of my time. They are all about customer service
