A.c hasn't been working and I call the office and also left and email and the a.c still haven't been fixed. It's too warm to not have an a.c running in the living room.

This is my 2nd apartment in this complex. My 1st had a problem with AC. It was not securely put in wall, and my apartment was never cool. 2nd apartment, was nice to start with, then I started having a roach problem which has been going for about a year now. Exterminator was out several times. Still have roachs. Flys all over, mosquitoes all over. I have not opened any windows because the screens were not put in properly. I am moving out in 2 weeks. I can’t wait.

This Place is horrible I made a big mistake for my family! The HEAT AND HOT WATER never works and all management says is there're sorry I go nights without it sometimes... Won't recommend nobody to come here it's not worth it!!!!!!!

When we used to live there, it was roaches everywhere. We didn’t have to worry about maintenance entering our apartment when we were at work, because our pit bull barked at them and kept them from ever coming in when we’re not there. We got fed up after two years of living at that roach motel, that we went to HUD (Housing Urban Development) and now live in a house in Toms River where we pay $963 a month at a fixed rate for the 30 year mortgage we now have. The mortgage won’t go up as for renting an apartment so sad too bad.
