When we used to live there, it was roaches everywhere. We didn’t have to worry about maintenance entering our apartment when we were at work, because our pit bull barked at them and kept them from ever coming in when we’re not there. We got fed up after two years of living at that roach motel, that we went to HUD (Housing Urban Development) and now live in a house in Toms River where we pay $963 a month at a fixed rate for the 30 year mortgage we now have. The mortgage won’t go up as for renting an apartment so sad too bad.
Super infested. Please don’t believe the hype when they tell you they do not have roaches I’ve been here for 2 months and I’ve seen plenty since the first day I moved in.
