Out of nowhere my Dell Laptop stopped booting up and I had no idea why. I had dealt with these guys before so I brought the computer in and was met by Craig. His initial examination determined that some tyoe of ransome ware had obliberated my hard drive to the point that it could not boot up. He replaced the hard drive with a new one, and thankfully was able to rrcover the files off of the old hard drive. They also needed to install a new Windows 10 operating system, and the new install caused a TPM error with the Dell firmware. Alex had to perform additional analysis to for this issue, and thanks to his expert skills he was able to fix it. These guys are really top notch and I appreciate their help!

These guys are incredible. The only place I could find that would even attempt to fix my laptop that needed solder repair, and they were successful. They saved me from buying a new one, I'll definitely go to these guys first for future tech support.

Excellent experience with this shop. They repaired a vintage Macintosh (90's!) and were even able to source me a period correct monitor for it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again for future needs.

OMG they are AWESOME!!! And total lifesavers!!!!! Please please please trust them with your computer! They have very very fair prices, less than Apple directly! They explain everything right away, they answer the phone and emails very promptly, they are very personable and nice! My laptop stopped charging and was dead and they called me after hours, and had me back up and working again within 3 days! I am an attorney, and I live my life on my laptop and I was devastated when I thought my laptop was dead. They are literally amazing!!!!
