Pollo Tropical Review . First time inside the Lobby since pandemic started in 2020. Very disappointing! No Manager in duty at the time. Tables dirty, kitchen dark, food no even close to what used to beπ£. I ordered a βNewβ Avocado Tropichop with yellow rice. Picture showed an attractive and delicious dish, reality was way far from reality. Yellow rice was mushyπβ¦. Hardly vegetables on it, avocados in their worst quality that was covered with bunch of Cilantro thick sauce. What happened? This location was the best of the few Jacksonville locations. Its a no no no from now on. RIP Pollo Tropical in the North Florida.

This place is an absolute mess. Sure there are plenty of stores but the traffic layout is awful! I donβt know how there arenβt constant accidents here. I avoid this plaza as much as I can.

I think this location is not favorable. I went to customer service and when I left I felt like the customer service person was up to something. I went back and talked with the store manager. He said he would investigate the matter. I showed him the receipts and explained the situation. I do not know the out come from this experience. But I called Walmart Corporate and told them about my experience. I also notified everyone else involved in this matter. Just be careful when it comes to location. DM

Traffic is a cluster...you know the rest. There really should be traffic lights in the main throughfare, because some people simply don't do the right thing. Other than that, this is the place to go for uncommon stores like Best Buy. I don't recommend the restaurants in the surrounding area because they are too busy, and the workers can't keep up.

Lots of restaurants and some great stores. River City is where many of the people who live out in Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island go because it's much closer than Central Jacksonville.
You are asking google users like you.
Never been there before...
Yes and they have great customer service
No toy tores but Walmart Ross , best buy GameStop they all have action figures
I think there is a coffee Cafe at every corner or in every grocery store
Best buy
To many to count. There is alot to do here
I haven't seen a "Five below" there. There are 3 that I know of. One in Orange Park by Youngerman Circle by Publix near Sam's Club; one in or near St. John's Towne Centre, and one at the Beaches.
There's not one in river city. Panda Express is the closest you'll get
Everything from Payless Walmart Ross Old Navy Rue21 a ton more also Cracker Barrel Chili's just google river city stores and it should come up
Sort if yes. There are like stores next to each other and.across from eachother
No suggestion based on knowledge. However, there are a lot of stores. There must be management services somewhere.
Just left from over there.. I didn't see any..McDonald's on 8th is open but lines are long!!
