Lots of restaurants and some great stores. River City is where many of the people who live out in Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island go because it's much closer than Central Jacksonville.

Yes, they have Outback or Longhorn around there, Cracker Barrel, 2 Guys, a new make to order pizza cafe (Stone Grill or something), Chili's, a chicken wings place, a Smoothie Cafe, Panda Express and they also have the fast food places like McDonald's, Taco Bell, Hardee's with red burrito Chick-fil-a, and I want to say Wendy's.
They also have Panera Bread, Cold Stone Creamery, Sticky Fingers, Taco Bell and a bunch more 😉
