Horrible experience. This is the 2nd time I have had a problem with this store and their attitude and lack of accommodation. I’m very adamant that this will be my last Apple product.

After trying to unsuccessfully buy an iphone plus from the Apple store at Montgomery Mall, I hoped for a better experience at the Apple Store in Bethesda. I am so glad I did not give up on Apple. The staff at the Bethesda location made my new phone purchase along with the migration of data from an old iphone a very pleasant experience.

You can do it with the Apple support app which you can download from the App Store for free
If you purchase online it should give you that as an option upon checkout.

Not sure. It doesnt support the latest ios anymore so it might be a fix that would require a jailbreak. Could be a glitch though
Verizon staff installed a new Sim card and discarded my ATT card and said I should unlock online. I couldn't ATT staff sent a request on my behalf and said it would take 48 hours and I will need to back up my phone. Is there a faster way?

You have to go into the store and check in at the front.. now it's not guaranteed that they can do anything for a first gen with water damage, it's worth a try tho
