It was depressing to watch my hairline disappear, but Natural Transplants gave me hope. Now a year after the second treatment, its nearly as if I never lost any hair! The results are absolutely wonderful! Natural Transplants is certainly one of the best clinics for hair restoration. And Dr. Rose and her team made the process pleasant both times. Everyone was great!

Dr.Siegel, Jenny, Scarlet, and Charles were all absolutely amazing. You literally feel like your with family. The process is not as bad as you originally think it is. If anyone is considering I would say no doubt do the procedure and go with this team 100%.

This clinic and their care/hospitality... TOP TIER! Although I was only bystander and not the patient, I think it's important to share my experience for people who are traveling from out of state and maybe would want someone there for comfort while they are going through this procedure. When my sister and I arrived at the clinic we were immediately met with warm greetings and comfort- they even said my sister's name which I always feel is a nice touch. They asked did we eat and when we told them no they provided us with some snacks. Dr. Siegel allowed me to sit in the room while he analyzed my sister's hair/head prior to the procedure and let me say.. any doubts/reservations I had with her getting this procedure flew out the window after sitting in that room. Aside from him knowing his ish, his expertise, and his willingness to answer even my questions (just a bystander) about the procedure- he was caring, attentive, and funny. He was so personable that I knew he was going to take good care of her which is a nice change from some doctors I have experienced in the past. THe handled her her hair with so much care! She has 4C hair so when he pulled that comb out to part her hair where they planned to extract tissue from I was apprehensive, but he was soo gentle and patient. I was the only one who had the flexibility to travel with my sister as I can work from home so we flew in from out of state but I was worried how working remote would look from a clinics especially on a meeting heavy day. While my sister was in the procedure, they set me up in a secluded office space to work in and provided wifi! This was perfect because I had a big meeting and being in the office was in no way a hindrance. lease note, I brought my own office equipment, computer, charger etc... Also, besides everything they had already done, they provide me and my sis lunch! Never in my days have I seen such immaculate hospitality. When we arrived back to the hotel my sister did not complain of any pain. I kept waking up in the middle of the night to check on her and she was sound asleep and she was completely fine the next morning. Again, I was not a patient but my experience may be helpful for those who need a bystander perspective.
