Absolutely horrible experience. I found Dr. James Lang by calling Aenta directly and they provided me with his name as a doctor both in network and who takes my insurance. I think called and before making my appointment asked that they confirm (not once, but twice) on the phone with their in office insurance specialist to confirm that they did indeed take my Aenta HMO insurance. They put me on hold and came back and confirmed that they did indeed take my insurance. I then asked them to double check and let me know if I needed a referral from my doctor or not. Because that would require time to get from my doctor and to please let me know in advance so I could have the time to coordinate that. Then, with less than 24 hours prior to my appointment I received a call from Dr. Lang's office informing me that they were not accepting my insurance. They waited 'til literally the day before the appointment to inform me, and I had scheduled over a week out in advance. And keep in mind I got their name directly from my insurance _and_ confirmed they excepted my insurance with their office _prior_ to making the appointment. Horrible experience.
