I do not like the fact that labor rates have went thru the roof . And even hybrid vehicles higher labor is the biggest joke there is . Dealerships are pricing theirselves out of the market . I didn’t care much either that they didn’t check the air in spare tire . I had to ask for it when it should have been done with multipoint inspection. I do love my people there , but between cost of services and technicians missing items , it makes me rethink my vehicle services being done there .

To initiate Apple CarPlay, ensure it and Siri are both enabled on your iPhone. Siri can be activated through Settings > Siri & Search, while Apple CarPlay is located at Settings > General > CarPlay. You may also need to check your Parental Controls, at Settings > General > Restrictions > Siri & Search (and CarPlay). On your multimedia system you will also need to ensure CarPlay is set to "ON". To do this, press Menu > General > Apple CarPlay > ON. Upon plugging your iPhone into the USB port via an approved Apple Lightning cable, the multimedia system will display a prompt with three options: Do Not Enable, Enable Once and Always Enable. You can change this setting later by going to Menu > Setup > General, and changing the Apple CarPlay toggle to On or Off.
Begin ”pairing” your Bluetooth® device by selecting the “Settings” (gear icon) menu > “Bluetooth & devices” > “Search for devices” > Select “OK” to begin “pairing” Select your device name from the list and confirm the code displayed.

I think that warranty extension ended in 2019. I find it hard to believe that you purchased it new from Toyota south in 2007 and have had it serviced there for the last 15 years. Toyota mailed owners numerous reminders to have their frames inspected and repaired for free.
No, you don't need an appointment to take a test drive. Simply stop in and see us during our normal service hours, and we'll be glad to take you for a test drive in the model(s) of your choosing. However, if you're on a tight schedule, you're certainly welcome to call ahead and schedule a time that works best for you.
