I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota South. Since my purchase I have had serviced there. I just found out my frame rear suspension is rusted so bad it is unsafe to drive. What I want to know is why was it not caught at Toyota South?

I think that warranty extension ended in 2019. I find it hard to believe that you purchased it new from Toyota south in 2007 and have had it serviced there for the last 15 years. Toyota mailed owners numerous reminders to have their frames inspected and repaired for free.

What is the owners name at Toyota South of Richmond? And what would be his contact info, and location of his office? Thanks for a quick reply
