The weekend before my sons college graduation, we started having septic issues. Thinking our tank was only a foot underground, I called on Monday and they squeezed me in the next day. Unfortunately, the tank was much deeper and the employee wasn’t able to dig it. He called his boss (the owner) and the owner himself and another employee brought a backhoe in on Thursday. They found the tank, cleared the blockage and installed a riser so we would know exactly where it was for future reference. Then, he graded it and bought grass seed and straw so it wouldn’t be a mud pit the day of our graduation party. That is excellent customer service! I highly recommend them!

If you are located in Madison County, up to a 1,000 gallon septic tank and have a clean out (like a lid or PVC pipe that is on top of your tank that is exposed) it is $190.
