Apply online for marriage certificate then go to the marriage office (floor 10). Your officiant will have to fill out the certificate at the ceremony. Pretty quick turn around (for us at least). Congratulations and thank you for your service!

Ohio Revised Code 5302.22 provides for a transfer on death designation affidavit as one mechanism to effect a transfer of real property at death. We strongly encourage consulting with an attorney regarding such matters to ensure proper execution of the appropriate documents. Failing to follow the proper procedures may result in an ineffective transfer.

Hi Lisa Our excellent staff at the Issue Desk on the 9th Floor of the Probate Court, 230 E. Ninth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 will be happy to help you. You may also download forms from https://www.probatect.org/forms/will-deposit
Get the required court forms and fill them out. You will need to get and complete several forms. Go to the Probate Court office in the county where the child lives. Explain to the clerk that you want to petition for guardianship of a minor child.
To deposit your will you must present the ORIGINAL WILL to a clerk at the Issue Desk on the 9th floor of the Probate Court, 230 E. 9th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. The clerk will place the will in an envelope and fill out a Certificate of Deposit of Will form (H.C. 102.00). The clerk will then take the envelope and certificate to the cashier where you must pay a filing fee of $40. This fee must be paid in cash, money order, certified check, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. No personal checks will be accepted. After the clerk assigns a number to the will, the Certificate of Deposit will be returned to you along with the receipt. The depositing of your will is entered into the computer and the will is then placed in the Court’s vault for safekeeping and is not available for public display.

Thank you for your inquiry. The answer to your question about your tenant would require legal advice. Unfortunately, the Court is unable to give legal advice. We would suggest contacting an attorney to guide you. Should you proceed to make any filings in our Court, our staff strives to provide outstanding customer service to all members of the public.
To simplify the process a lawyer should be acquired. But if you wish to draw up a will yourself you would need to select an executor id the heirs name a guardian for any minor children assess and divide property and sign the will and you may need 2 witnesses to sign. But I suggest to consult an attorney
Thank you for your inquiry. The answer to your question likely depends on a more detailed analysis of the circumstances and unfortunately, the Court is not permitted to provide legal advice. Your son should consult with a probate attorney. Should your son need to come to the Hamilton County Probate Court, we have a professional staff dedicated to excellent service.
Guardian report is form 17.7 you'll likely need the expert evaluation form #17.15 as well. Indigency is form #117.00

I would check floor nine. if that's incorrect, they can direct you to the appropriate location
They have the forms at the information desk 9th floor.
That depends on the type of case, also the case loads the courts have.
This requires a legal opinion based on facts not fully included in your question you need to consult an attorney for the answer ... cal the cincinnati bar association for a referral.
That is a legal question that must be answered by the juvenile court or an attorney that practices in juvenile court.
