my sister never did like me and I lost both parents in a year I lived with my father and I been making mortgage payments on the home share with him for 2 years my mom sent a handwritten letter and we both sent in documents That she wanted me to be the potential successor in interest She had a very bad disease in that's about the only way she can go about it she has a Hand written notarized letter as well She told her other children do me one favour and don't mess with your sister with her father's home use might not gotta liker but that's where she lived with her father they came in toward the whole kitchen out the whole bathroom out in the month of probate after my mom died
