had a visit for cancer screening. the staff were all caring and thoughtful. the wait time was short and total appointment time was really fast. the provider was informative and answered all of my questions. i'd called around and pricing was competitive. a staff member called me later that day to check i was all right. one of the best health care experiences i've had, and i'm a tough customer as i work in health care myself.

whoever was answering the phones today was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. update: finally got ahold of someone who was not the rude person answering the phones for a long time and i would like to say that Marida (i think that’s how you spell it) is extremely kind, professional, and courteous. she apologized profusely for her coworker’s behavior and gave us the help we needed.
