My husband came with a headache to where he couldn’t see the nurse at the front desk gave him a hard time then called the police I was hoping they did something to my husband because I would have been owning UC west Chester! Teach your staff how to communicate with sick patients

If you're handicap, I suggest you bring someone to help you. I walked through the entire hospital until I could find a person to point me in the right direction. I can only walk short distances so this was extremely difficult for me.

Appointment at hospital, 9/27/22 .This place never changes, they constantly overbook appointments so I guess my time is not valuable, if I leave work to keep an appointment guess what,it cost me money but apparently they could care less, I'm sick of it. Do BETTER. And don't give me a number to call because most likely no one will answer it. The doctors time is no more valuable than mine.

I'm sure the experience will be different depending on which part of the hospital you are in and who you are dealing with. It's a very large compound full of very differing personalities and backgrounds. I wanted to take the time to give a good review specifically to the women's center certified nurse practitioner Gaileen Doxsie. She is extremely attentive and sharp and clearly cares about what she's doing for a living. I feel lucky to be seeing her so far, and trust that my health issue will be addressed. Thank you deeply for being so strong and amazing!

They probably will tell u if u think ur symptomatic to the signs that u may have the Covid-19 to come in & get a test.
Parking on the West Chester Hospital campus is free but we do also offer complimentary valet parking service to all patients and visitors. Valet parking is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You can drop your car off at the Main Entrance half-circle driveway in front of the hospital. This service is free for our guests and tips will not be accepted.
