Marissa is not professional. She missed my very first appointment with her in June. Then when I saw her she changed meds. I understand the anxiety meds but did not tell me she was going to do so. I have done everything she has asked me to do. I asked her to change my depression meds I was having side effects from. She did but said she would call me in the middle of the month to see how I was doing. No call from anyone. Yesterday I did my drug test so that she would fill my meds for my appointment today. She did not call me like it was no big deal that I have not had my meds for over a month now. Not even a call to see how I am doing. I have been on meds my whole adult life. This is the longest I have gone without them. I called to find out why she did not call. They said I did not do my drug test. Hum. I was there for 20 minutes yesterday talking to the girl that dies them. Now instead of her calling to see why I didn't ( when I did) no call at all. But we can see you on Friday. Wth. No wonder people go nuts. I am on edge. No meds no call. I don't leave reviews. But I felt I needed to do on this. You are messaging with peoples mental health. Not good.

Waste of time and money. Went in and waited an entire hour and a half despite being the only one there. Got back to a room for a telehealth session and was put on hold for almost thirty minutes by the provider. Only to find out this was just an assessment and would also cost $166 for no diagnosis/medication management (the only reason I was there) and just a referral to a provider. I ended up leaving in tears with no answers and no help. This field makes it almost impossible to get help without going into a full blown mental health crisis, but this office is one of the least helpful places I’ve been.
