We had a baby there a couple on 06/16/2022. I will give several nurses, nurse practitioners and Dr credit. Although, the few that done deserve credit ruined it all. Especially the lactation consultant. Child's mother requested her not be present and they ignored that. We told them several times we didn't want her around but still ignored. This is the 5th kid she/we have and breastfed them all. Her and one of the nurses tried everything to push bottle over breastfeeding. We wouldn't sign waiver for donor milk nor formula, it was like they had it out for us for refusing. They said she wasn't producing enough milk but would feed then pump 5+ml. Then acted like baby was loosing weight on day 2 but weight was same as birth. She had c section discharge set schedule for meds, then sent her a prescription for enough meds for one when she called they said she should feel better and not needs meds after one day. They put iv in baby for sugar and I know they moved it 5 times I counted, who knows how many times they poked her. We threatened to have her moved to children's then magically they figured everything out. We was discharged with the baby on normal schedule 2.5 days. Mom and baby both healty thank God but 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place for delivery. There was a lot more but I'll stop it here.

I am not one to post reviews, but this experience has completely stunned me. I delivered my baby here almost 3 years ago and loved it. Now scheduling appointments at the OBGYN the front desk ladies are extremely rude, and I was running behind for an appointment, called to communicate this with them and they said as long as I wasn't there past 15 minutes I could still be seen and I knew I could be there by then. I live 45 minutes away from their office so I got there at 14 minutes exactly and she told me since I was at 15 minutes they would have to reschedule. She was rude and very dismissive. I reiterated to them I called and let them know I would be there at 15 minutes and they informed be I could be seen. She said well she has other patients so you'll have to come back. I understand I was late but if they say you can be seen within the 15 minutes they should honor it. A friend told me the downtown Christ staff told her the liberty campus is a mess and so many people have complained about their experience there lately. I didnt believe her but now I am absolutely appalled at this office. Will never be going back to Dr. Demos, I will find one closer.

I was supposed to have a stress test today. I get called back and was told by Ashley Schwetschenau RN to sit down. In stern accusing tone asked "Why are you here." I said I am here for a stress test. She asked what has changed. I said "I am not sure what you are asking" ( I went for a stress test a couple of weeks ago and they decided to do one with dye). She asked "have you been put on medicine, what is different?" I said nothing. She in a rude tone said "You are scheduled for the same test when you were here before." I told her it is supposed to be with dye. She said 'Well you can't do that here". "You are going to have to reschedule It." I told her I scheduled it through the Christ Scheduling office. She said "They did not know what test you were supposed to get". Stupid me I thought when I was there last time and they put all the info in the computer it would of carried over and the person doing the scheduling might of seen I needed a stress test with dye. I felt like I was being interrogated by the Gestapo. During the whole process she was rude and condescending. I am thinking if someone had bad heart problem dealing with here attitude when make them so angry they probably would have a heart attack right there. Just a very rude women. I recommend a psychiatric evaluation. She obviously has some issues. I am never going back to the Christ West Chester Hospital. If that is how they interact with their patients I do not need them. I am seriously considering never going to any of the Christ Healthcare facilities. Maybe I will drive up to the Ohio State Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital Columbus or the number heart hospital in the country the Cleveland Clinic.
