Ladson SC Fed Ex. Drivers are terrible. Over and over we get notifications that they cannot deliver packages even though SOME Fed Ex deliveries have been delivered and other delivery services have no problems getting our deliveries to us. I wonder if some undelivered deliveries end up on EBay.

Fedex won't do anything about my package being missing beware of this company they won't replace or refund beware of fedex they have a horrible policy

They have had our package for over a week the delivery location is less than 25 minutes away they continue to lie and refuse to call us back there is no direct number and all calls are outsourced we have had zero help or communication and this package is pertinent to my child, and is being treated as if we do not matter or exist! Absolutely abhorrent customer service and complete lack of care and consideration for the customer. Super frustrated and disappointed with every facet of this business. This is NOT how you treat people!
