I also had a package of medical supplies that was to be delivered Tuesday, then moved to Wednesday, then moved to Thursday, then moved to Friday and moved to Saturday. Each day fedex states it couldn’t be delivered due to weather conditions. When I talked to customer service they were told the trucks had to be recalled because of flooding. There is no flooding,!!!!! What’s the deal.

Fed Ex, especially Ground, is HORRENDOUS! Ground are Private Conytactors that hire Rude, Incompetent, Lazy, Arrogant, Mental Midgets...at best!
