The tracking for a package said my package was placed on the truck for delivery 5 days ago. I am only 11 miles from the Hanahan fedex facility and still have not received the delivery. What happened?

I also had a package of medical supplies that was to be delivered Tuesday, then moved to Wednesday, then moved to Thursday, then moved to Friday and moved to Saturday. Each day fedex states it couldn’t be delivered due to weather conditions. When I talked to customer service they were told the trucks had to be recalled because of flooding. There is no flooding,!!!!! What’s the deal.

I don't know if it is lost. I contacted the seller 2 days ago and they in turn called FedEx who said it was on the truck.

What type service did you send.it?Did.you have insurance on it?I then would file a claim on the lost.pkg.
