Shady sales We purchased an RV, couldn't pick it up due to high winds but they asked us if we could come sign the paperwork to help them hit their quarterly numbers, we could leave it on their lot. Had the insurance ready to go- but as an RV dealership knows, and as first time RV buyers DON'T know, insurance can't be purchased if there's a storm pending, and we couldn't have known that until we tried to complete the purchase of insurance with the vin number. Upon learning that the vehicle would not be covered by our insurance, we asked if they would then cover it, since it's sitting on their lot, and we were doing them a solid signing today- just through Saturday. Nope- gotta hit those sales numbers and as the manager said "you signed the paperwork" so yeah- buyer beware.

The sales person names Zachary offered me less than half of what the market value is for my 2021 rv unit. I definitely will not be shopping there and I suggest you don’t either

While I did not purchase from Petes I want to leave a review about Zach. We visited 6 different locations visited with 6 different sales people. Zach was more knowledgeable about the products, the features, no pressure and beyond helpful. He went above and beyond to help us make a deal work however the unit we wanted for our family couldn’t be modified to meet our needs. Hands down Zack was more competent than the other 5 sales people we met combined.

Just had a great experience at Pete’s. When we first went to look at an RV, the salesmen were busy, so one of their RV Techs, Bill, took the time to show us the RV and walk us through the features and minor repairs he had made. He really went out of his way to help us and even got our two kids popsicles because it was so hot. Cliff and Zach went above and beyond to get our deal done. Zach showed us several options and didn’t need any arm twisting to come down on the price a little to meet our budget. When our first bank took too long to process our paperwork, Cliff got us approved for a better deal in less than an hour. They made sure we had a delivery driver ready the morning of our walkthrough. Kevin, Bill, and Zach were awesome showing us the features of the RV, while Cliff got our new loan processed quickly. Another salesman put on a movie for the kids when we first arrived and kept them entertained for the two hours we were. We went to three other dealers before Pete’s. My only regret was not finding them sooner. They knew we were going to RV full time and were in a bit in a time crunch. They made it happen. Everyone at Pete’s we came across was incredibly friendly and professional. Skip the big dealers and go straight to Pete’s. In an era of incompetent and uncaring employees in all industries, Pete’s RV really stands out.
