I only went for a state ID but I do know an electric bill is good, or bank statements mailed to you. Hope this helps.
I don't have two forms of mail but I have a copy of my birth certificate, and a copy of my old id and ssc. Will this work?
They will take name and phone number as walk-in, and call you when they can squeeze you in. They give you a temporary Id until it's mailed
