This is seriously the most positive and upbeat government office I've ever been to. Pretty quick too, all things considered. The woman at the front is so nice and positive. I dunno, just had to visit twice and both experiences were very good.

I just had the best customer service I've ever had from a DMV. I called today regarding a new vehicle title and the nice lady on the phone made sure i knew exactly what forms, money and what to expect when i get there. She took her time explaining and calculating all expenses. Thank you for the positive experience!

Took five calls to get through to someone. Disconnected twice. Got three different and conflicting answers i asked, and one who refused to give me the info I needed. Admonished by one of the girls in the office because I was extremely frustrated - told me she was doing me a favor and I needed to be polite. Would be beneficial if this place hired people who were properly trained and had some idea what working with the public entails. Very disappointed in this place.

Line was so long for the DMV. I walked in and right back out.

I believe that is paid at the Boone Ky Sheriff's office.
Yes they are open they close at 4:30
They are until noon. Call them to verify though.
Just go to the clerk's office with the VIN and any insurance paperwork you have that shows the vehicle was written off and transferred. They should actually have in their records that the title transfer occurred, but it doesn't hurt to go in person and make sure it's all buttoned down. Go in person, and now would be a good time since it is not the beginning or end of a month. Good luck. It's probably all fine.
Honestly I'm not for sure I just take somebody there I've not been inside
Which county do you live in?
