By far some of the nicest people at a Honda dealership that I have ever dealt with. I really wish they had my model available when I went there the first time to get my pilot. Unfortunately, due to the chip shortage cars were very hard to find. I found a model at the dealership on grand avenue and I must say they are lazy and rude. I would not recommend anyone to go to that dealership or they fire the hiring manager and get someone who can change the environment of how they treat customers. I can get more detailed to corporate if they want to talk. When I called about my issue this rude person picked up the phone and was rude to an entire different level. He was bragging about how he knows cars but didn’t have the ability to understand anything I was saying. Just a terrible horrible person who should not have a job besides making picking up trash of the highway. Please fire him! So now about the service at this dealership in Des plaines. When I called about the questions I had about the battery warranty, Rich who picked up the phone was so hospitable and very honest in a very respectful way. He assisted me in every way possible and guiding me through the entire process. Once I arrived to the dealership, by no surprise and was even more helpful and sat down with me and assured me my problem will be fixed asap. While I was waiting there, the rest of the staff were very pleasant and all asked me what was going on with my issue and if I needed any additional help. I have been with Honda for over 10 years and they were definitely the best. I will go back once my lease is over and hopefully there will be no chip shortage. Thank you to all the staff and a big thanks to Rich for being an amazing person!
