Where to even start. They put us in a room a few feet away from the LOUD live band, so any thoughts of a quiet, restful vacation where immediately over. We had to shout at each other just to be heard IN OUR ROOM. The band is next to the restaurant, so there is no table conversation at all. And they play for many, many hours, starting early afternoon and on into the night. And not good music, in my opinion. The tub/shower faucet does not turn off all the way, so the water dripped constantly. The room was not serviced until very late afternoon, even after multiple requests. We were out most of the day but it was very late afternoon before housekeeping came. And there were no clean towels at all, not even pool towels that could have been used as bath towels in a pinch. Well after shower time from a day on the beach, they brought clean towels, after 5 PM. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was just okay. There is a Starbucks and gelato place and the beach is nice, otherwise I would have given one star.

The Crown Plaza was by far the best Hotel we have stayed at on the Space Coast. From the check-in to the house keeping staff, everyone was more than happy to assist with the wants and needs of our family. The room, double queen beds, was exceptionally clean, well stocked with towels and extra pillows, toiletries, and coffee. The only things our room was lacking were a microwave and personal safe. We were more than pleased with this location and highly recommend everyone stay there and enjoy it all.

This was a great getaway. We came here for a wedding. The service in this place is amazing. The only critiques I can think of is they need more comfortable beds. The beds here are more on the firm side. A microwave in the rooms would be nice as well. Other than that this place was great with an awesome ocean side view!

We had the distinct pleasure of working with this property for an event we were hosting and we cannot say enough about the staff and hotel. Every single member of the staff is friendly, engaging and professional. There is a true culture on this property that speaks volumes about how the hotel works with their team members to build a true Team Spirit. This team was absolutely on top of every single element of this event and worked quickly and efficiently. We look forward to working with them again very soon. And taking a leisure trip to their property as well.

They have live music quite frequently, on the back patio, right off the beach. Check Facebook for the schedule
Their breakfast buffet is Fri/Sat/Sun for $17 (as of last week). Buffet is served by hotel staff, so not everybody touches everything, which I found good. They also have a breakfast menu with waffles, omelettes, pancakes, etc. starting at ~$12 incl. coffee.
A little pricey - $16.99 per person.
Don't know if they have any Jazz now there I know about a half a mile down there is Lou's Blues that is a jazz place

No one brings you drinks to the beach. But there is a bar outside of the hotel with access to the beach, there is 2 hotels near by but not very close to one another. The beach is nice, clear water. The sand is fairly clean and soft there is alot of small rocks and shells so water shoes might be a good idea for kids and everyone really. There are giant rocks in the shallows of the beach and if the tide is high and you dive right in you can get seriously hurt. I think the hotel should have some sort of sign to warn guests about this. Other than that this place was nice to visit, staff is friendly and very helpful.
