Terrible service ordered 1 sandwich and they can't get that right. Turkey sausage egg and cheese no meat on sandwich. Tasted sandy, was dirt on egg. Someone dropped on floor picked it back up and put in back on sandwich.

So my husband and I decided to go get a late breakfast and go some “Wake-up Wraps” next thing my husband is spitting his out because his had HAIR INSIDE his food!!!! 😡🤢🤮 I’m so disappointed and disgusted with this Dunkin’ Donuts on Lake Washington they have gone down hill in service and items they have. We will not be going ever AGAIN! #DunkinDonutsSucks

Hopefully all of America is NOT running on Dunkin. The quality of the products served are inconsistant. There was a new TEAM serving me this morning. Someone is NOT following the receipe. Consisentancy in HOW the products are made is very important to all customers. Please work on training the Team Member to "Just follow the receipe" so we can ensure the start of our day is amazing. This moring drive thru the Sweet Tea was WAY too dark compared to other days and it was overly sweet. I asked the Drive thru Team Member if something had changed in the making of Tea at Dunkin? She shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know, I don't make the Tea."
