I had to take a taxi from Palm Bay, Fl to Orlando airport. My elderly uncle wanted to accompany me, but needed a ride back home to Palm Bay. I called Black Diamond the night before, and our driver, Karen, rescued us after another local cab company took over an hour to pick us up. She was so prompt and professional, that I immediately booked her service to Orlando. I was so pleased. She was so gracious and kind to my elderly uncle, and got me to Orlando early. By the time we arrived, I felt like we were old friends, and she took my uncle back home for a reasonable cost. My family was very appreciative of the time that she took. I want to thank Black Diamond Express for great customer service! We will continue to use Black Diamond for all of my family's transportation needs!

I've been using this taxi cab service for a little over a year. Its my source of transportation to and from work. John, the owner, has been more than hospitable. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure the customer is first. Black Diamond is an excellent taxi cab service and I am more than pleased with John's hospitality and reasonable prices!
