Excellent Management, office is under construction, mostly military residents and travel nurses, 2 lots appear to be empty but are not because they are leased to friends that are traveling. Beautiful location and very safe.

My family and I stayed here for 1 month. Small park which is under construction (new city water), ideal location, kid friendly, very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Loved the closeness of Indian River view. Manager is very friendly and accommodating. Would love to visit anytime. ❤😊

There are no park models, only sites. Small pets are welcome. You'll have to call the manager about availability.

Not sure about Palm Shores but Wickham Park has a county campground but you need to make early reservations. I think the maximum is 180 days but not sure. I have stayed short term and liked it.

I had an emergency 2 night 1 day stayover needed and thankfully they provided me a spot where l could plug in electric and gave me a very fair price and l just paid it. I was so thankful to be able to find a spot for the 2 nights. I suggest that you call and see if they can fulfill your needs. Wickham Park is very close and they have full hookups but you need a reservation.
Sorry. I do not know that answer. They were very kind to me as they did provide me a space on an emergency situation. They do have 1 emergency electric only spot that they made available to me thankfully. If you call them l am sure the park manager could help you.
