Right on the ocean, staff is good, housekeeping was so nice and great with everyone, very helpful and always smiling. Food was a little pricey and quality could have been better. And the views of the ocean are breath taking, you get the sun rising over the water which is sensational, and out your front door you get the sun setting which makes the sky lite up with soft purples and soft light pinks over the river. Something beautiful to wake up to and something so elegant to look at before night time. How awesome

Serendipity

Big disappointment. Hotel was old, worn and dirty. Front lobby is uninviting, sort of like something you'd see at a discount hotel. The hallway floors were dirty and hadn't been mopped in sometime. Paint chipping everywhere. Pool and bar are lacked personality, charm and music. The pool area lacked chairs. The hotels back yard was tapped off. The room (503) was old and worn. Gross moldy caulking around the toilet. The room was dirty. There were no coffee cups or ice bag. The phone was broken. The hallway guest phone worked but they never answered it when I called. The rooms furniture was old peeling and rusty. This hotel is in need or a massive remodel. Worst part- A bum was sleeping below our balcony on the hotels back yard. We literally went next door to Hilton to use their bar and restaurant and thank god they were there or our stay would have been miserable. Never again! In it's current state, this hotel should not be called Radisson.

Rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable, staff pleasant, and accommodating, but the view from the room, amazing!!! The sunrise over the ocean is priceless. The room charge is fair, I would even say pretty good for what you get. We live in Orlando, I think we’re going to make this hotel our weekend getaway from now on.

Very beautiful location! Sunrise was amazing. Awesome location on the beach and on the quiet side. I would say this hotel is not meant for children. I would stay somewhere else next time with the family. The pool was not heated and it was definitely on the cool side. Also seemed like housekeeping did not want to work. Our room did not get cleaned one time. They asked if we wanted it cleaned one day and they never came back the rest of time we were there (for 3 nights). We asked if they would come back in an hour and never saw them again. We were gone for 2 full days and the room was never touched. I also was with a couple on the elevator and they said their room was cleaned every day. So just make sure you ask for housekeeping. Just thought it was on the pricey side and not the best service
