This was my 3rd time visiting this bank, the first visit was pleasant with the banker, my second visit was with my fiancee, we wanted to open a personal loan and immediately we were profiled and told I would not be approved for the amount of the loan I was seeking at the end of the meeting the banker said she would follow up with me after speaking with one of her colleagues and she never followed up. (side note: I went to another loan provider and was approved for the loan amount I was seeking plus more). It baffles me that my credit report is excellent, debt to income ratio is great etc but my own bank would not approve me for the loan, this is why Credit Unions are way better than these big banks. My third visit into the bank, recently I went to do a wire transfer, I had an appt but due to working late I arrived to the appt late 20mins before they were closing. The same banker who helped me the first time came out and was unwilling to assist me with the a wire transfer said it would take too long, I mean I am the customer right. I use to work for Chase bank so I know the procedures. The fact that I was not opening an acct or doing anything that would benefit in her goals, she quickly brushed me off and said the transaction would take too long and that I need to go online or contact customer service by phone. As soon as I can move all my funds from this bank to my credit union, the better life will be. I am done with Wells Fargo, even Chase wasn't this bad, customer service is non existent in these banks these days.

I really don't know why anyone would bank here. After all of the negative press they have had lately, you would think they would be more focused on providing quality service and developing systems that focus on service. I have experience with a lot of different banks and I can tell you honestly that if you are looking for good service and a bank that wants to help their customers you should look elsewhere.

Yes there's a drive-through window but no drive-through ATM
Yes they do as long as you have an account at Wells Fargo
I think they're taking appointments inside...not sure if a mask is required or anything like that tho
You have to have an account with Wells Fargo to perform a foreign currency exchange. No coins are accepted, paper currency only. Rates are lower than current market rate to cover bank's fees.
