Dropped off some plans to get an order together for an addition on my house. The rep said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week I called in to check the progress. The rep said it was his last week there and passed the file onto his supervisor and he gave me his contact info. I emailed and called the supervisor. No response. I called the main number and got the supervisor's cell number. I called and text and finally heard back from him now on my second week of waiting. The supervisor gave me another rep's contact info and said I need to call him. Spoke to the new rep on a Thursday. He said he has the files/plans and would get to work on it and have the next day, Friday. Friday passes and no call. I call on Monday. Rep says he will have it by tomorrow. Tuesday I call the rep again. Says they are short staffed and unloading a large order. Says he will get to it as soon as he can. Thursday, no call from rep on the status of my order. All together I waited 3 weeks and still never got anything from them. I went by East Coast Lumber and dropped off my plans. My order was ready the next day. Picked up what I needed immediately and the rest of my order will be delivered Monday.

Overall, this company for many has done an excellent job supplying our local family-owned business. They have a variety of options, reasonable pricing, and many sisters lumber distributers to help find exactly what you’re looking for. Staff members are always pleasant, and facility is always clean. Whether the order is a large commercial project, or small residential purchase they’re at your service. However, there’s one man in particular that always goes above and beyond to assist you. If you want thorough, diligent, customer service asks for MR. BENNETT! He really takes the time to make sure you’re well taken care of no matter how busy they are. He answers all questions, has great suggestions, and if your pick-up order is conveniently better for you to be picked up at their sister store. He will go out of his way to set it up for you, which can save you a lot of time and money! Lastly, he doesn’t judge if you don’t know how to reverse a truck and trailer. Poor customer service. Spoke with Aaron at the front counter about front door window frames. He seemed very resistant to help me from the start. As my inquiries progressed, he was plainly disinterested in helping me. Tried to shut me down several times, then when I was missing a measurement, he bit onto that to get me out the door. Horrible CS. Three guys standing around doing nothing and one guy smoking out front. No other customers in sight. In a last ditch effort to help myself, I asked him where I should go and he replied, "I don't give referrals". Well Aaron, you don't give assistance to customers either. What a waste of time. Avoid this business if you can.
