Tonight I tried to buy aloe for the family after a beach filled day. I walked in and looked around but could not find it. After passing an employee twice and looking, I finally asked for help. That's when the employee, Dave, instructed me I needed my shirt. I told Dave I'd be happy to get my shirt, but I still needed to find the aloe. Dave then proceeded to curse at me and not be helpful. Dave was rude, arrogant, unhelpful, non-vigilant and unprofessional. Please replace Dave IMMEDIATELY! I don't understand how you are still in business with a person like Dave being your face for the company. Do better! Also I left with no aloe.

This has got to be the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my adult life. They never have anything in stock even after repeatedly asking them to keep a few particular meds in stock because we need a reliable stock source. Every month is something, hardly ever is it a good experience. These meds are not the kind my child can miss!!! But because of their inability to keep proper inventory levels, I constantly have to jump through hoops and waste valuable hours on the phone trying to scramble for another option before it's too late. The staff has a major attitude problem and they don't like to answer the phones.

I ha e never been treated this way by any CVS PHARMACY. I purchased multivitamins that I thought would help my disability. They made me sick I lost a day of work over it. I paid full price $42 the EXPIRED vitamins went on sale for 50% off. This cvs refused to refund me the price I paid due to not having a receipt. I even provided by banking statement. The managers basically called me a liar and embarrassed me in front of other patrons. They refused to help me besides refunding the sale price on to a store card. I am appalled.
