This particular Walgreens is where I do all my shopping. The reason why I go to this Walgreens is because of the superior customer service received from the employee's. No matter how busy they are, they will always stop what they are doing if I need help locating an item. They will walk me to the shelve where the item is. They will also look for other items similar to what my complaints are -- usually cold items, allergy and help me save money by looking at Walgreens items that are priced better. Even if it's not a specific visit when I'm sick, the same goes with employee's exceptional customer service. They are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and help make shopping at this Walgreens a great experience. Check this store out. You will be pleasantly surprised!

I bought a couple items for a same day deliver a couple months ago and once I bought it, I got an email saying two of the things I order were “out of stock” and i never got my money back. Today I ordered for a same day deliver and one of my items were missing and I called them and I was told that there’s nothing they could do.

So...I try to be reasonable when I interact with people...but I hit a wall tonight. I asked the cashier to direct me to the items that I needed..first...she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about..I guess I thought most folks would know what Anti-biotic ointment is...WRONG...I finally found what I needed and headed to the cashier to check out..I let her know what the correct aisle was...she had no response..Not I'm sorry sir...glad you found what you needed..NOTHING..I don't understand taking a job and not wanting to be good at it..but the cashier that was working tonight was not a good choice!!!
