Waste of time. If I could I’d return all the tile and go somewhere else. We spent an entire afternoon with Frank A. In the tile and bathroom department picking out most everything we needed for our bathroom remodel. He was then going to interface with our contractor and sort it all out with them for securing the materials and parts along with placement. None of this info made it to the contractor, we’re now mid renovations scrambling to figure out where frank dropped the ball and how to recover it before the tradesmen have to take off to their next project and have to wait for them to become available again. We left him multiple voicemails pleading our situation to help us order the other parts and materials and haven’t heard back from him once. Don’t make our mistake and find a company that will actually give you the time of day when you’re spending hard earned cash with them. There’s so many other options out there besides this joke of a company.

Have been coming here for many years and between my own places and a few rentals have ordered 7-8 kitchens now. The in stock cabinets are great quality and the pricing is reasonable. However if my current order was my first experience I don’t think I’d be back. Communication has been slow/lacking, we didn’t get final confirmation of when cabinets would be delivered but thankfully were home, the warehouse didn’t follow instructions on the order and cut down shelves they weren’t supposed to (they did give us replacement shelves for free) and after 3 months we are still missing 5 doors and 2 drawer fronts that we weren’t even told had a back order issue…they just showed up incomplete and we had to call to find out what the deal was. I still want to recommend Studio 41 but be aware that it might take a while to get your order processed and there are supply chain issues not always being communicated.
