Dr. Chugh is incredibly warm and patient when asked a million questions, and informed me on all the different options I have to getting filler. During the procedure, she was calming and put my nerves at ease, and provided the natural look that I was going for. I definitely will be returning customer! ☺️

TL:DR The botox is fine, but not worth the insulting treatment and cost I really hate posting bad reviews, but feel I need to after this experience. Dr. Chugh showed up over an hour late. The funny part is, I specifically asked about how timely their office runs when I called since that was the reason I was looking for a new practice. I was called to be warned that she was "15 min late"....not 1hr on a Friday afternoon. The front desk clerk was clueless and actually was trying to leave right before I got there. It was just so unprofessional on all counts. I stayed and waited for the appointment and wish I hadn't. She finally arrived to her office and had me fill out paperwork - as if I couldn't have done that during my hour wait - and took me for my botox which cost 2x my normal practitioner. Then, when all I wanted to do was just end this expensive and insulting experience, she couldn't work the credit card machine because her assistant wasn't there, initially tried to blame it on me until I pointed out it was just offline.
