Start with the reception and the young man tht handle my case was very knowledgeable he did show me how to put the hearing aid in how clean them, the area was very clean looking fwrd to nxt visit so they can be adjusted little lower ,but all in all was helpful down to call I received checking on me .Thanks Mrs.Cook 👍👍
