I just want to say that the employees of this store are amazing. I recently dined at this store and lost my wallet while leaving. I did not know I had lost it until I was 4 hours away. An employee found it and turned it in to management. Christina Morgan retail manager mailed my wallet back to me the next day. Talk about going above and beyond. God bless you and everyone involved. So just know if you dine here not only is the food great but the employees will take great car of you!!

I've always had good meals at Cracker Barrel on till tonight the vegetables were overcooked just barely warmed when served their roast beef or whatever was had no flavor whoever put it on the plate did a terrible job there tater tot casserole can't even begin to tell you how bad that was it tasted like Grease. However the salad and the biscuits were great coffee was good waiter was excellent whoever prepared that meal tonight was in a hurry to do something else or just doesn't care. I figure you must be honest in order for things to change maybe they need to change Cooks

Not over exaggerated either... friendly greeting at the host stand That was the best part.... it only got worse from there... took about 10 minutes before we got our drinks, water and oj. Order was taken and then lost, yes seriously lost, waitress blamed the kitchen, then the manager came out and apologized for the waitress losing the ticket.... please get your story straight.... then it still took another 30 minutes to get our order to us but that was not before they came out and said they would need another 30 minutes to get my dad chicken tenders... like really... so he ordered the meatloaf..... we sat there waiting another 15 minutes to get a check and the waitress had to go find a check for us No offer for a free dessert or even a discount or not even I'm sorry The waitress and the manager heavy set guy need to be written up for not giving great guest service, passing the buck on each other, improper training...I am truly disappointed 😞

They were short staffed and still did a great job.the chicken fried steak was delicious.

Did you ask to speak w/a manager, to inform them? Otherwise... How are they going to improve on their services! There are ways to complain, w/o sounding like a complainer. It is up to us (the patrons) to fix this 'poor svc dilemma '!
I have no idea unfortunately, I would call and ask.
Good service, food and they can be busy at times but they seem on top of it and I usually get a table within a reasonable amount of time.
