This little place was soooo good. We had breakfast. Everything was fresh and was the best bacon ever. The waitress was very nice. We wanted to go back for dinner, but wasn't able too. I bet the BBQ is awesome

Crispy chicken sandwich was amazing!! Good coleslaw and fries, and don't miss out on the sweet tea either! Friendly staff and a very homely atmosphere inside. Great experience.

We did drive thru pick up to avoid going inside.
My best guess is cornmeal or a cornmeal mix. They also prepare the catfish blackened so I'm sure they could pan fry it sans gluten on request.
